About AnimeNEXT
AnimeNEXT is the largest independently organized anime convention in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area. AnimeNEXT 2010 will be held at the Garden State Expo Center in Somerset, New Jersey on June 8-10.
The convention features Japanese creators of anime and manga, voice actors from anime series, Japanese musical acts, artists, vendors and exhibits, panels, workshops, and gaming. Events all focus on aspects of anime, manga, and Japanese culture. With the popularity of anime and manga growing in the 1990′s and 2000′s, anime conventions have seen positive growth in their attendance; AnimeNEXT is no exception.
AnimeNEXT has been in existence since 2002 and is organized by Universal Animation.
About Universal Animation
Universal Animation, the non-profit group that organizes AnimeNEXT and MangaNEXT is a 501(c) 3 non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the appreciation of Anime and Manga in the United States. Founded in 2002 in NYC, Universal Animation is responsible for planning AnimeNEXT, which is held annually in the Tristate (NY/NJ/CT) area. Universal Animation is an independent organization with no affiliation to any commercial entities. The Board of Directors is composed of professionals in many disparate industries, including Finance, the US Government, Education, and Information Technology.
Alright i’m confused is the convention being held on the 8th through the 10th or the 18th to the 20th because it says its on the 18th in the About Us thing but the slogo says 8th through 10th please explain!

Hi, my local anime club is getting rid of some manga from their club library and I was wondering if I could offer it to the AnimeNEXT Manga Library once I’m done cataloguing the discards.

When I look at the registration it says for Child (7-12) N/A for the cost of ticket. Does that mean that children in that age bracket do not pay?

Before anime next what was it called?
I was at an anime convention in NJ around 1999 or 1998 was that the con that stated anime next?

AnimeNEXT started in 2002. Perhaps you’re thinking of Anime North?
hey, i was wondering if you buy one ticket, is it only useful for one day? or can you go from 8-10th?
