I bought group tickits but I put down the wrong last name for one of the people going. Is their anyway I can fix that? Also some of the people in my group r not going on fri can I pick up their passes since I was the one who paid or do they have to pick them up?

I pre-registered for the 3 day pass. Do I have to come on Thursday to get my pass or can I just come on Friday with the ticket to get it.

Hello. I have a bit of a problem, and I hope you can help... I bought a ticket back in February, and got the confirmation email saying that the transaction was completed... But I was either a dummy and deleted the email that had my actual ticket on it, or it was never sent to me. Either way, I need that email to print my ticket to get my actual ticket at the door, or at least that's what I'm told. Is there any way I can get that ticket resent to my email? I'd be super thankful.

Is there an email address I can contact the people in charge of registration. Last year I accidently ordered two weekend passes. One for $45 and the other for $35 and I want to make changes to the $45 one.

Can we only pre-register for 3 day passes? Does that mean if we only want tickets for a single day we have to buy it at the convention? And if so what are the prices?

I heard from last year's convention that there will be a change of policy regarding IDs. My question is do you still accept picture IDs even if they are expired?

First off, my apologies to all who have posted without a response here in the last couple of months. I did not realize that the display order for the Facebook comments put the newest at the bottom instead of the top, which is what I had been used to from Facebook. In the FAQ it says the tickets are $45 but if you go to pre register it has it as $60. Isn't the price supposed to start at $45 in like January then go up as we near the Con date?

Is there a mail in group pre-registration print out paper because there is none on the registration page and I registering my entire anime club of 15, which makes it hard to get the money all in one bank account.
