Pre-Registration

Credit Cards are accepted for Online Pre-registration only. To pay via Check or Money Order, send payment along with a completed Registration Form ( DOC | PDF ) [Adobe Acrobat Reader required]. Group discounts are only available to those who pre-register via the paper form. Registration forms that are found with duplicate, missing &/or incorrect information will delay registration processing. Please fill out online and paper forms fully.

At-door Registration

We only accept cash payment at the event. One-day passes are available at the event, but we encourage those that are attending for multiple days to pre-register. At-door registration will take place at the Garden State Exhibit Center during convention hours.

We recommend that children under the age of 18 attend with a parent or guardian. All children under 13 must attend with a parent or guardian. Children between the ages of 7-12 are eligible for a reduced rate. Children 6 and under attend free!

Artist Alley Registration

Pre-Registration for the AnimeNEXT Artist Alley will open soon.

If you would like to sell artwork at the event, you should register for a table in our Artist Alley. Artist Alley space is limited, so you should register early. The payment will appear on your credit card bill or bank statement as PayPal. By registering for an artist alley table, you agree to the following terms:

AnimeNEXT and its Art Show Director reserve the right to reject any artist's application for a table solely at their own discretion; whether forms are not filled out completely, items sold at the table are not handmade/fan art, etc. If the artist participating in the Artist Alley is under the age of 18, they must have a legal guardian with them at the table. The fee for the Artist Alley Registration includes a full 3-day membership to the event. Registration for tables may be available at the event if spots are available. Please talk to the Art Show Director at the event to check on the status of tables.

Confirmation

Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email from Eventbrite. Please make sure that you retain this email. [This will hopefully forestall the inevitable "Am I really registered?" questions.]

If you are pre-registering by mail, please allow 3-5 weeks for us to process your registration once it is received. Registration forms that are found with duplicate, missing &/or incorrect information will delay registration processing. Please make sure the form is filled out completely.

Important: Tickets are not issued! Registered attendees must present a valid photo ID upon arrival at the Pre-Registration booth to claim their badge at the event. If payment was made by a person other than the attendee, that person may also claim the badge upon presenting a valid photo ID.

Cancellations/Deferments/No-Shows

If for some reason you cannot attend AnimeNext, you must contact us using the form on this page by May 24th of any convention year. Any requests received after the June 1st deadline will not be processed. Your membership may be carried forward ("deferred") to our next event, or may be transferred to another person by the June 1st deadline. Please note that all deferments are not recurring and have a time stipulation of one year.

No-Shows will be handled on a case-by-case incident. Please note that all &/or any arrangements made are at the discretion of the Registration Coordinator.

Refunds may be issued in extreme circumstances at the discretion of our Registration Coordinator.
