ANIMENEXT 2007 ARTIST TALENT SEARCH

Are you an artist? Do you love to draw anime style artwork? Would you like your artwork to represent one of the top growing anime conventions in the United States? Then we want you! AnimeNEXT is looking for a new artist. We want someone who can provide drawings for our program guide and advertising materials for our 7th year, AnimeNEXT 2008. This is a great chance for printed portfolio pieces or just to show off to your friends and family.

We are looking to keep a similar design for our current Mascot. Think of it as fan art, same hairstyle and eye color. Try to keep to a technical/futuristic feel for the design. If you like the current design, you can expand on that OR submit any kind of design, just be creative. Please keep the designs PG. If a design has a gun, DO NOT point it at the viewer.

This is your time to shine! The artist we choose will be given staff status, and as such will be given a FREE 3-day admission to the 2008 Convention, FREE t-shirt and FREE food during the convention.

DEADLINE: August 1st, 2007
